OK Finance - Assistant Branch Manager
 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform credit analysis, evaluation and approve loan proposals according to the established credit guidelines
  • Handle customers' complaints and difficult situation to ensure good customer relationship
  • Contribute to streamline the operation workflow and process to improve customer service and enhance loan processing efficiency
  • Direct, lead and supervise the branch staff in performing credit analysis, evaluation and loan approval in accordance to the credit policies established by the company

To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes: 

  • Form 5 / Matriculated or above. Degree holder preferred
  • At least 4 years' experience in Finance / Banking industry specialized in Consumer Finance business of which 2 years are at supervisory level
  • Familiar with branch operation & loan application processing
  • Result-oriented, energetic, mature with good leadership skills
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
