OK Finance - Customer Services Representative
 

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for providing quality customer services to the customers.

 

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome walk-in & phone-in customers according to the established service standard
  • Handle customer enquiries and requests, and always seek advice from supervisor for proper handling of customer complaint as and when necessary
  • Perform loan processing and administrative duties
  • Assist in payment transaction such as disbursing loan proceeds and handle repayment over the counter

To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Secondary education
  • Experience in Consumer Finance/banking industry is preferable
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • With initiative, pleasant personality and willing to learn
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Branch Officer.
