 Job Description: 

Support Government and Cydecor FMS SMEs with administration of FMS program.  Work includes development of work products related to initiation, investigation, management, and closure of FMS cases under cognizance of NAVSEA PMS 408, Expeditionary Programs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist the FMS team with development of input to the Monthly Status Report
  • Assist with development/production of administrative documents, power point presentations and spreadsheets required for the management of FMS initiatives
  • Attend meets in person and virtually. Take, edit and distribute meeting minutes
  • Maintain electronic files IAW filing architecture
  • Ensure effective quality control of all FMS team products
  • Identify process improvements and make recommendations for improved efficiency
  • Assist FMS team and other PMS 408 personnel with general administrative and programmatic matters as assigned

Here's what you need:

  • Command of MS Office suite of applications
  • One year performing administrative tasks.

Great if you had:

  • DoD/DON admin experience preferred
  • DON/NAVSEA experience preferred.  FMS experience a plus

Security Clearance:

  • Secret 

Education:

  • BS/BA in administrative or management field. International Policy or related International Program degree a plus

Work Schedule:

  • Onsite
