Job Description: 

This Logistician supports the PMS 408 Diving Equipment Management and NSWC PCD EOD Diving Life Support Project Manager as a Logistics, Inventory & Warehousing Analyst, involved in the management of maintenance, equipment and supplies associated with the Navy EOD Diving Life Support. Support will be provided at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD), Panama City, FL. Travel frequency 10x/year (includes OCONUS/Foreign Travel). 

Responsibilities include:

• Focus on the policy, analysis, planning, programming, and oversight required to acquire and support Navy EOD Diving Life Support Equipment and the EOD diving capability.
• Assist with the management of plans, schedules, and all associated administration and paperwork related to acquisition and logistics Support of the Diving Life support Depot, to include but not limited to:  Navy Maintenance and Material Management (3M), Operations Maintenance and Supplies (OM&S), Defense Travel System, and associated US Navy Technical Manuals.
• Support the government and contractor team in performing tasks such as arranging and participating in meetings or program reviews, including preparing meeting agendas/minutes/actions, preparing presentations, developing spreadsheets, tracking action items, and assisting with collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. In addition to the aforementioned duties the incumbent must perform as a technician for the following systems MK16 Underwater Breathing Apparatus, VIPER Underwater Breathing Apparatus, MK25 Underwater Breathing Apparatus, MK 11 Buoyancy Compensator, MINI-Fly Away Dive Locker, MK15 Underwater Imaging System, MK23 Oxygen Transfer Pump Assembly, MK2 Lift Balloon System, Recovery Cable Connector, M48 Full Face Mask, Maritime EOD Training Ranging and Evaluation System (METRES), AN/PQS-2A Hand Held Sonar, Shark Marine Navigator Delta, Dive Station Tender, Small Boat Coxswain, HAZMAT Coordinator and other duties as assigned.
• Coordinate MS Teams events, to include conferences and working documents requiring enterprise inputs.
• Work with security to ensure visit requests for PM’s visitors are processed appropriately.
• Escort visitors to/from and about the facility and base as needed.

 Here's what you need:

• 5-10 years of experience supporting Navy supply, warehousing, inventory management.
• 5 years experience maintaining USN diving systems.  Experience with EOD systems a plus.
• Communication skills; verbal and written.
• Outgoing with strong interpersonal skills.

 Great if you had:

• Undergraduate degree (BA/BS)

Security Clearance:

• Active Secret DOD Security Clearance

Education:

• High School Diploma with relevant Navy COI completion
