ONR SBIR/STTR - Analyst

Description

Cydecor is seeking an experienced Program Analyst to support the Department of the Navy (DoN) and Office of Naval Research (ONR) SBIR/STTR programs. The Program Analyst will work directly with the DON and ONR SBIR/STTR Program Management Office supporting strategy, policy, and program development across all ongoing and future tasks and projects. The Program Analyst will conduct analysis to determine program effectiveness and be an integral part of the team assigned to provide suggestions and implement program improvement efforts.

Required Experience:

• Possess a bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of experience analyzing policies, procedures, facts, data and operations or possess five (5) years of experience analyzing policies, procedures, facts, data, and operations in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.

Desired Experience:

• Possess at least two (2) years of experience within the past five (5) years of working level knowledge and experience with DoD or other federal SBIR/STTR program policies, procedures, facts, data, and operations.

Skills/Abilities:

• Highly skilled using Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint.
