The Talent Acquisition - Human Resources Analyst will focus on the areas of candidate talent search and engagement, as well as talent acquisition process improvement and recruitment strategy development. The position will source candidates in a variety of occupational fields including engineering, information technology, operations, recreation, finance, human services, management etc.

Minimum Requirements:
Human Resources Analyst I Minimums: Requires any combination of education (above the high school level) and/or experience equivalent to six (6) years in fields utilizing the required knowledge, skills and abilities and associated with such positions as human resources analyst or specialist or generalist. Must have a current and valid driver's license.
Human Resources Analyst II Minimums: Requires any combination of education (above the high school level) and/or experience equivalent to eight (8) years in fields utilizing the required knowledge, skills and abilities and associated with such positions as Human Resources Specialist or Analyst. Must have a current and valid driver's license.
Special Requirements:
All employees may be expected to work hours in excess of their normally scheduled hours in response to short-term department needs and/or City-wide emergencies.

Preferences:
Highly qualified candidates will posses the following preferred qualifications
• At least two (2) years of corporate and/or agency recruiting experience
• Related degree (Business Administrations, Human Resources etc.)
• Experience using ATS, including using various functions to reach out and engage with candidates
• Experience using resume search engines or networking platforms for recruitment (LinkedIn, Handshake, Indeed Resume Search); may include experience reaching out to potential candidates via warm and cold leads
• Experience with recruitment events (external or inhouse job fairs, college/university job fairs)
• Experience with high-volume recruiting / high requisition load
• Proficient with creating spreadsheets (MS Excel Proficiency), and with creating other various reports
• Experience researching, compiling and analyzing data; and creating reports
• Time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills; attention to detail
• Proven ability to effectively work with internal hiring managers and colleagues
• Demonstrated use of independent judgement and discretion in the delivery of recruitment services; ability to work independently with little supervision
