We are seeking dynamic Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Group Facilitators who will provide quality and direct patient care to adolescent individuals and their families in the mental health intensive outpatient program. These providers will perform clinical assessments, facilitate all adolescent IOP group sessions using evidence based therapeutic modalities and interventions, and complete all required paperwork. The facilitator will maintain accurate program and patient documentation. The Adolescent IOP Group Facilitator will provide late afternoon/evening services three days/week, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 4:00pm-7:00pm.

Ideal candidates will be a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with experience working in mental health settings and in facilitating group therapy with adolescents.

Preferred Work Experience and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years experiencing in working in mental health settings
  • Experience facilitating intensive outpatient therapy groups in mental health setting
  • Training in therapy paradigms including cognitive behaivoral therapy, mindfulness, dialetcial behavior therapy
