We are seeking part-time Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Group Facilitators who will provide quality and direct patient care to individuals in the mental health intensive outpatient program. The IOP facilitators will perform clinical assessments, facilitate all IOP group sessions using evidence based therapeutic modalities and interventions, and complete all required paperwork. The facilitators will maintain accurate program and patient documentation. IOP Group Facilitator will provide evening/weekend services.

Ideal candidates will be licensed clinical social workers (LCSW) with experience working in mental health settings and facilitating group therapy in mental health settings.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • 3-5 years experiencing in working in mental health settings
  • Experience facilitating intensive outpatient therapy groups in mental health setting
  • Training in therapy paradigms including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, dialectical behavior therapy
