We are currently seeking a Benefits Administrator to join our Human Resources team. McKinstry has a PeopleFirst culture and it is evident in everything we do!  We are looking for someone who is passionate about benefits and ensuring our employees fully understand and utilize their benefits. This position will handle the administration of employee benefits including, retirement, health, disability, life, and wellness.  This position will play a huge role in annual Open Enrollment including the development of materials, communications, audits, and communication to vendors.  As a growing company, we are looking for ways to automate our processes for greater efficiency, without losing our high-touch approach.  This position is ideal for someone who isn’t content with the status quo and can make recommendations for process improvement from both the employee experience as well as internal process perspective.   If you want to be part of a small but mighty benefits team, then look no further.

The Benefits Administrator will report to the HR Operations Director and will be the liaison between our vendors, ensuring timely communication and follow-up for questions, billing, and monthly processing.  Ideal candidates should have previous benefits experience using an HRIS, preferably Workday with comfort in setting up benefit plans, and auditing for accuracy.  This position will also need to have strong organizational skills ensuring monthly benefit reconciliations are completed and accurate.  We also love exploring new benefits and determining what compliments our current offerings, so if you like to research and make recommendations around benefits, we would like to talk to you.
