We are currently seeking an Existing Building Program Manager to join our team as a member of our growing Rocky Mountain Technical Services division. McKinstry has a unique perspective on the life of a building, and our Technical Services suite of owner-direct offerings helps our clients make good decisions that will improve the efficiency, comfort and lifespan of the building.
This person will manage the following programs, projects, and project teams:

You will develop a resource plan, equipment requirements, set milestones and deliver projects with excellence. Also, you will play an integral role in budgeting, scoping, and savings strategies to maximize potential while reducing risk. Lastly, will ensure effective project delivery.
In this role, you will provide a single point of contact for the client regarding project timelines and accountability. Collaborating on client presentations for projects is a part of this role. You will continue a relationship with the client to propose new phases of work and gain new contracts. In addition to always ensuring client satisfaction with specific programs.
We will look to you to support and coach Engineers and partner in developing project staffing plans.
