First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a Commercial Income Property Documentation Specialist to join our Commercial Income Property Department team. In this role, you’ll serve as a documentation specialist for the middle market commercial real estate (CRE) loan portfolio. This involves coordinating the loan documentation and closing process in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and government regulations. Assist with various operational and administrative tasks for the department.

Compensation:

The hourly pay range for this role is $18.68 - $23.00/hr; commensurate with experience.

Work Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (hours may vary)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience required.
  • 3 years’ experience in financial services industry or role (e.g., escrow officer or assistant, loan documentation, or loan officer) required.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Possesses attention to detail with excellent follow-through.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Able to multitask and adhere to strict deadlines.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Able to work in a cooperative manner and be a team player.
  • Able to effectively analyze problems and demonstrate good judgment.
