Responsibilities:

·         Oversee financial performance and all daily functional operations, including adherence to all policies and procedures.

·         Monitor and improve key sales metrics, such as sales, customer satisfaction, installed closing, and self-generated/community sales growth.

·         Train and manage sales representatives in both sales and operational processes.

·         Forecast service needs for seasonal business changes and increased volume.

Qualifications

·     At least 5 years’ operational experience in a home improvement industry setting (includes facilities, warehousing, office, technology, and process).

·     At least 3 years’ management or training experience.

·     High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.

·     Proficiency in MS Office.
