Title: B2B Marketing Manager

It is up to hiring manager’s discretion which level shall the candidate be hired into based on the candidate’s background and experience. 

Empire Today is seeking a results-oriented and experienced B2B Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing efforts in the commercial flooring sector (“Empire for Business”, or E4B). This role is pivotal in creating and executing marketing strategies designed to drive lead generation and revenue creation with key business segments including Multifamily, Restoration, iBuy, and Small & Medium Businesses. Reporting to the President of Empire for Business, the E4B Marketing Manager is responsible for the creation, execution, and optimization of lead generation for the business across the country.

Responsibilities:

·         Strategy Development: Craft and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to enhance lead generation, focusing on digital and traditional channels tailored to the commercial flooring market.

·         Lead Generation: Develop targeted campaigns aimed at maximizing leads within specific B2B segments. Use innovative tactics to capture and nurture leads effectively.

·         Performance Metrics: Monitor and optimize key metrics such as leads created, cost per lead, conversion rates from website visits to appointments, and overall Marketing ROI. Adjust strategies based on analytical insights to improve performance.

·         Content Marketing: Create compelling, segment-specific content that resonates with B2B audiences, positioning Empire Today as the preferred partner for commercial flooring solutions.

·         Digital Marketing: Leverage SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media platforms to enhance lead generation efforts. Ensure website optimization for the B2B sector to improve user experience and conversion rates.

·         Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances within targeted B2B segments to expand market reach and enhance brand visibility.

·         Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing and sales strategies, ensuring a seamless customer journey from initial contact to closing.  Also work with sales team to provide appropriate support to volume-driving sales activities (e.g. customer trade shows) and marketing materials to further drive performance. 

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

·         5~7 years' strong hands-on experience in Marketing generalist role. 

·         Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, digital marketing tools, and CRM systems.

·         Experience with Salesforce and Marketo a plus. 

·         Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful lead generation campaigns.

·         Excellent analytical skills, with a strong focus on metrics and data-driven decision-making.

·         Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

·         Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

·         Creative thinker with a problem-solving attitude.
