CARE is a global humanitarian organization that works within a worldwide movement dedicated to ending poverty -- in over 100 countries, reaching more than 90 million people through 1,300 projects. Women are a vital part of CARE's community-based efforts to improve education, increase access to quality health care and expand economic opportunity.
CARE’s world-class, award-winning Corporate Partnerships team works with some of the most innovative and successful companies to find victories over poverty and empower women and girls. The team is seeking a coordinator to support the Health and Wellness portfolio, as well as the Consumer Packaged Goods portfolio, in order to grow partnerships in this space. The ideal candidate will have experience or a strong interest in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR); Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG); and philanthropy. This is an opportunity for a motivated nonprofit professional to learn and grow in the corporate partnerships field, with plenty of opportunities for hands-on experience and professional development.
CARE is looking for a reliable and organized Coordinator to support the needs of a portfolio of CARE's largest corporate partners, ensuring consistent, strong project execution; coordination of internal and external resources; and execution of contracted deliverables. S/he will assume an internal coordination and accountability role, focusing on internal-facing tasks so the Directors can focus on building/strengthening the partnerships. S/he will coordinate closely with the Grants Coordination team, which will retain responsibility for the development of budgets, administration of grants and monitoring and reporting of financial performance. Reporting to the Senior Director of Development, this critical role will establish and maintain team operational processes, data and content management, gift processing, and administrative support. Location: Atlanta preferred.
