The primary objective of the Table games Dealer is to provide outstanding service to our players. Ensures that policies and procedures are followed and that the integrity of the game is not compromised.

• SUMMARY:           

  The primary objective of the Black Jack Dealer is to service our guests to the highest degree, making their visit to Rail City Casino the best casino experience.

  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Exchanges paper currency for playing chips.
  2. Ensures that wagers are placed before cards are dealt.
  3. Announces winning hands to players.
  4. Computes payable odds to pay winning bets.
  5. Pays winning bets and collects losing bets.
  6. Security and protection of the game.
  7. Must have thorough knowledge of game procedures and “House Rules” for all applicable games.
  8. Must maintain a friendly and fun attitude with our guests to ensure they have an enjoyable gaming experience.
  9. Maintain a steady, comfortable game speed while dealing.
  10. Check identification for guests appearing to be under the age of 30 years old.
  11. Promptly report any problems or irregularities to supervisors when on property.
  12. Other related duties as assigned.  

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

1 year experience dealing Table Games to include Black Jack

LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS OR REGISTRATIONS:

Nevada Gaming Control Board Registration.
