The Dealertainer, or Entertainment Dealer, is responsible for generating excitement and providing direction creating a player experience and environment that aligns gaming and entertainment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Create entertaining atmosphere; engage players, invite observers, encourage participation.
2. Exchanges paper currency for playing chips.
3. Ensures that wagers are placed before cards are dealt.
4. Announces winning hands to players.
5. Computes payable odds to pay winning bets.
6. Pays winning bets and collects losing bets.
7. Security and protection of the game.
8. Must have thorough knowledge of game procedures and “House Rules” for all applicable games.
9. Must maintain an entertaining, friendly and fun attitude with our guests to ensure they have an enjoyable gaming experience.
10. Maintain a steady, comfortable game speed while dealing.
11. Check identification for guests appearing to be under the age of 30 years old.
12. Promptly report any problems or irregularities to supervisors when on property.
13. Regular, predictable attendance required and must be flexible with work hours and working conditions.
14. Other related duties as assigned.  
     

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

1 year dealing experience 

LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS OR REGISTRATIONS:

Nevada Gaming Control Board registration required.
