CARE is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Shelter Technical Expert to lead the design and implementation of comprehensive shelter assessments and recovery strategies in Gaza. The successful candidate will play a critical role in addressing the urgent shelter needs of vulnerable populations, designing sustainable solutions, and ensuring alignment with local and international standards. The expert will be responsible for coordinating with the UN Shelter Cluster in close support to the WASH and Shelter Specialist and Project Manager, other NGOs, and relevant local authorities to align efforts and create a clear roadmap for CARE’s shelter intervention.
