First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking an AVP & Banking Center Manager to lead our Kahului Banking Center. In this key role, you will be responsible for the sales and service activities, marketing plan, operating budget, profitability and operational integrity of the branch. You will provide overall leadership for the branch. The Banking Center Manager understands, communicates and works to achieve the mission of the Bank.

Compensation: The annual salary range for this role is: $74,000 - $95,000 per year; commensurate with experience.
The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• 5 to 8 years banking experience; and
• 5 years lending experience including commercial, consumer and real estate (depending upon branch, may be obtained concurrently) required
