First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking an analytical and detail-oriented ACH Specialist I to join our EOS-ACH team. The ACH Specialist I processes routine to moderately complex ACH transactions and accounting entries.  Researches and/or processes exception items and balances or analyzes bank records for accuracy.  Provides customer service and guidance to customers, branches, internal departments and other Financial Institutions. 

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday 7:00am – 4:00pm (Hours may vary)

Compensation

The hourly pay range for this role is $17.00 - $21.00/hr; commensurate with experience.

The ideal candidate will have:

• High School diploma required.
• Associate degree or higher in business administration preferred 
• 1 year of experience in banking, accounting, or related field
• Ability to work in team environment
• Good written and verbal communication
• Able to handle confidential matters judiciously
• Possesses attention to detail with excellent follow-through
• Able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines
• Good time management skills
• Proficient in MS Office
