Build and execute complex queries and reports in Raiser’s Edge (or comparable database) to support strategic decision-making, performance analysis, and donor prospecting.
  • Data Analysis: Actively monitor and analyze all key performance metrics (e.g., participation rates, dollars raised, giving levels, appeal ROI) to track progress against the $2M+ goal and recommend data-driven strategy adjustments.
  • Volunteer Leadership & Management: Recruit, train, and manage key volunteer groups, including the Parent Advancement Council (PAC) and the Heart of Punahou Employees (HOPE) Committee. Provide leadership and guidance to maximize their effectiveness in peer-to-peer fundraising, community engagement, and donor stewardship, ensuring their efforts directly support Annual Giving goals.

Collaborate on the planning and execution of cultivation communications and stewardship events designed to strengthen relationships and encourage continued support.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work proactively and collaboratively with the entire Development Team to support all fundraising, community-building, and stewardship initiatives.
