Job Summary:

We have an exciting opportunity to manage the support and maintenance of the Atlassian products Confluence and JIRA. The role will support numerous operations and delivery teams to ensure efficient and smooth delivery of their service and production workflows. The optimal candidate will have experience working with APIs, developing plugins, and configuring add-ons. They should also be able to perform security patches, build and deploy servers and applications, create dashboards and templates, and create custom filters.

Required Qualifications:  

• 3+ years of experience administering Atlassian products, particularly on-prem or Datacenter versions 
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, JSP, SQL, shell scripts, and Python 
• Experience integrating with Jenkins or other CI/CD solutions 
• Strong troubleshooting skills 
• Ability and willingness to document code 
• A team approach to developing applications 
• Strong Communications skills 

Desired Qualifications: 

• Experience with traditional waterfall and Agile software development methodologies such as Scrum .
• Jira Certification (Nice to have). 
• GitHub or GitLab experience.
