Description

 

As the Managed Services Architect for Security, you will manage the development, management, and optimization of ivision’s Managed Services Security solutions in collaboration with Executive leadership, Sales, Customer Success, and Managed Services Operations.  Primary responsibilities will be focused on the road mapping and development of Managed Services solutions across Security technologies.  This effort requires close collaboration with Finance and Operations to ensure the profitable delivery of Managed Services offerings.  Additional responsibilities include working closely with the ivision Sales organization to provide accurate scoping, pricing, and business justification of Managed Services solutions for our global client base.  You will also be responsible for the successful transition of Managed Services Clients into Operations by managing the onboarding process and ensuring high client satisfaction for all security-based Managed Services. This role requires you to collaborate with multiple internal teams, external client IT teams, and business leadership.  Due to this, you will be required to demonstrate professionalism, a customer service mindset, and a relentless pursuit of improving our Managed Service offerings to better support our clients and drive financial success at ivision.

 

Responsibilities

 

Solution Management & Managed Services Architecture

·       Lead the evaluation and selection of tools in support of Managed Services solutions for security services. (SM1)

·       Develop and implement solution roadmaps for security-based Managed Services solutions. (SM2)

·       Create and Maintain SKUs related to Managed Services security solutions. (SM3)

·       Ensure all Managed Services security SKUs have up-to-date artifacts in alignment with the ivision Solution Management Framework. (SM4)

·       Accountable for the level of effort calculation for security-based Managed Services SKUs and the quarterly review and update of these calculations to ensure accurate pricing. (SM5)

·       Manage the creation of contract language related to Managed Services Security SKUs, ensuring an accurate representation of operational activities while protecting margin levels for Managed Services security solutions. (SM6)

·       Lead the analysis of Managed Services security SKU and contract level profitability and execute optimization activities to improve profitability and client satisfaction. (SM7)

 

Managed Services Sales Support

·       Participate in Managed Services sales presentations for new and existing strategic clients. (SS1)

·       Validate and approve pricing for Managed Services security opportunities. (SS2)

·       Validate and approve scoping for Managed Services security opportunities. (SS3)

·       Lead the development and execution of Managed Services security-based solution training for sales team members. (SS4)

·       Collaborate with sales team members and participate in RFP responses for Managed Services security opportunities. (SS5)

·       Lead the scoping, pricing, and expansion of Managed Services Security client renewals. (SS6)

·       Provide general support to the ivision sales team related to Managed Services security opportunities. (SS7)

 

Client Onboarding & Offboarding

·       Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures related to Managed Services client security onboardings. (OB1)

·       Ensure all Managed Services security solutions for new and existing clients are onboarded successfully while maintaining an average client NPS rating greater than or equal to 50 for onboarding projects. (OB2)

·       When required, complete the offboarding of Managed Services Security clients ensuring all required tools and client data have been removed. (OB3)

 

Managed Services Operations Support

·       In collaboration with the Director of Managed Services Operations, provide escalations support for critical client incidents that require architect-level Security resources at Tier 4. (OS1)

·       Provide support for compliance initiatives and audits, providing required documentation on processes, procedures, and deliverables related to Managed Services sales, solutions, contracts, and onboarding/offboarding. (OS2)

 

Position Requirements

 

Formal Education & Certification

·       Four-year university degree or college diploma in computer science and/or 10+ years equivalent work experience.

·       The following certifications are highly desired:

o   ITIL

o   Any professional and/or expert level technical certifications in Security

Knowledge & Experience

·       10+ years of experience in security-based technologies at an architect level. (KE2)

·       5+ years of experience in an operational capacity for a Managed Services Provider. (KE3)

·       Understanding of orchestration and automation methodologies pertaining to the specific needs of a managed services provider. (KE4)

·       Experience in enterprise IT technology leadership with direct responsibilities related to security-based tool selection and providing business justification for that tooling is a plus. (KE5)

·       Prior Managed Services Sales and/or Solution Management experience is a plus. (KE6)
