Senior Financial Analyst Task Lead - Position Description

We have immediate hire openings for Senior Financial Analyst Task Lead to join our PMS 377 Team supporting Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) in Washington, DC, who wants to grow with the Company. Security Clearance:

Applicant must hold or be able to obtain an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.

Responsibilities:

·        Position will be the lead for the LHA program, managing all LHA team members for all hulls and financial products.

·        Tasks include but are not limited to execution planning and analysis, funding document preparation, and execution tracking and reconciliation.

·        Will assist in the analysis and supporting justification material in support of preparing budget exhibits. Will provide financial input for LHA briefings and reports.

·        Will assist in the development and documentation of procedures and will ensure the team follows LHA processes and procedures. 

Experiences:

•         10 years professional experience
•         Supervisory experience; team management experience; familiar with DoD/DoN financial policies and regulations; ERP experience; budget cycle development knowledge.
•         10 years of DoD/DoN, specifically NAVSEA shipbuilding financial management experience and/or PPBE process. Preferred
•         Knowledge/experience with DoD acquisition phases; experience DoN/NAVSEA shipbuilding programs. Preferred

Education Requirements:

·        Bachelor’s Degree

·        Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business/Management or related discipline. Preferred
