Mid-Level Strategic Planning Analyst - Position Description

ICI Services is looking for a motivated individual who wants to provide support to a major Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) at the historic Washington Navy Yard in Washington, DC.  A hybrid and/or remote schedule may be available with government approval. We are an Employee-Owned Company providing Engineering & Integration, Systems Acquisition, Information Warfare, and In-Service Sustainment to government customers. We need a Mid-Level Strategic Planning Analyst ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment.  

Security Clearance:

• Applicant must hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with managing the programs strategic and organizational planning and execution process.
• Monitor, review, and assess changes in DoD, DoN, NAVSEA, PEO Ships and other key stakeholder strategic plans to ensure the programs plans, policies, and objectives are in alignment.
• Assist in conducting detailed technical analysis of shipbuilding industrial base issues.
• Assist in business assessments of primary industrial partners.

Experience Requirements:

• 3-5 years professional experience in supporting a Navy shipbuilding program.
• Experience with DoD acquisition processes.
• Experience with policies, procedures, and performance measures for shipbuilding, maintenance, and repair.

Educational & Certification Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
