Work remotely from a U.S. - based location!

We are recruiting for Oracle Application DBA with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) experience to work in support of a DoD program. Qualified candidates will have experience Oracle EBS application tier.

Duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Work across one or more scrum teams to support Oracle database application tiers
Troubleshoot EBS (OACORE, WebLogic, CM, etc.)
Exercise discretion and independent judgement in evaluation of user requests/requirements by applying best practices
Support designing, implementing and maintaining new database applications, backup/recovery, and configuration management
Support related documentation
Other duties, as assigned

Education and qualifications include (but are not limited to):

U.S. citizenship
Current Top Secret security clearance
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; additional years of related experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
Current Security+ certification to meet DoD 8570 IAT II compliance requirements
5+ years of related experience working as an Oracle Applications DBA supporting EBS Application Tier including:
- - - Experience troubleshooting Oracle EBS
    - Experience working with Rapid Clone Operation
    - Experience with Application DBA Online Patching and running ADOP
    - Experience working with Oracle WebLogic server
    - Experience with Configuration Management
Understanding of Oracle DBA administration, middleware, database tier, and related environments.
Demonstrated ability to support multiple ongoing requirements and changes for an Agile delivery cycle
Effective written and verbal English communication skills to work in a collaborative environment with government and contractor teams
Must be self-driven and able to work independently in a dynamic environment that offers stretch growth opportunities for continuous learning and development
