What will I be doing?  

  • Oversee, at high level, the compliance and monitoring of agency contracts and performance metrics as it relates to department contracts.
  • Interpret and ensure contract policies and procedures are followed by departments.
  • Develop and administer contract administration plans and work with department project managers to monitor high-level contract progress
  • Work with Finance to report on expenditure progress and Internal Audit on contract risk assessment and contractor monitoring.
  • May also perform contract data entry activities as needed to expedite contracts
  • May also be required to train agency personnel in contracting procedures. 

 

Key Qualifications  

  • Strong experience in development and administration of Contract Action Plans
  • Strong experience in complex service contracts and reporting on contractor performance
  • Experience in risk assessment/expenditure tracking
  • Experience with Federal contracting regulations and flow down requirements (2 CFR 200)
  • Experience in organizational monitoring and management/project management
  • Knowledge of Microsoft suite of products or other project management tools
  • Ability to work under pressure, under tight deadlines and manage conflicting priorities 

Do you have…  

  • Bachelor’s degree in an applicable academic discipline or related field of study   
  • 5 years of experience working with local government, nonprofit programs, school or in job related duties
