Who You Are:

You are a polished and versatile professional with 3-5 years of experience, eager to contribute to a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. A true "jack of all trades," you excel in documenting business requirements, analyzing data to generate insights, and creating impactful metrics and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Imply, and Excel. Your polished communication skills enable you to craft professional presentations and confidently share them with stakeholders. Personable and team-oriented, you thrive on collaboration and bring a proactive, solutions-focused approach to any challenge. You're ready to roll up your sleeves, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver high-quality work to support the Sr. Manager of WiFi Products and the broader team.

 

At the Analyst-Level, you will be expected to contribute to the development of recommendations, business knowledge and technology awareness, provide meaningful input into client deliverables/proposals, and take ownership of assigned tasks. You will conduct research, collect data, and perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to support business solutions. Most importantly, you will embrace our firm’s brand and core values.

 

Role and Responsibilities:

You may work on various projects throughout your career with Excelacom. The roles and responsibilities noted below pertain to the specific role listed above.

  • Document business requirements and maintain organized records to support product development and team initiatives.
  • Analyze data using Tableau, Imply, Excel, and other tools to create insightful metrics, graphs, and reports for ad hoc requests.
  • Develop polished and professional slides, decks, and other presentation materials for internal and external audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various tasks and projects as needed.
  • Assist in synthesizing complex data and ideas into clear, actionable insights.
  • Adapt quickly to evolving priorities and provide support in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In addition to delivering at the client site, you will occasionally be tasked in productizing Excelacom’s work, contributing to our Center of Excellence and intermittently working on Excelacom proposals to the client.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Computer Science or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Strong math, written and verbal communication skills with an analytical approach
  • Ability to interact cross-functionally with various levels management and peers
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team-based environment
  • 3+ years’ experience to support in various tasks as needed, including
  • Documenting business requirements
  • Data savvy to use Tableau, Imply, Excel, etc. to produce metrics and graphs based on adhoc requests
  • Develop professional slides, decks and present as needed

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Telecommunications, Media, or Cable is highly preferred
  • Experience in a professional office environment
  • Relevant internship experience
  • Basic understanding of SQL
  • Prior background within consulting and working with client teams

 

Compensation and Benefits:

For individuals assigned to work in Colorado, Excelacom is required to include a reasonable estimated compensation range for this role. However, final salaries will vary based on several factors, such as candidate’s level, qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. An individual may be hired at the Analyst, Consultant, or Manager level for this role with each level requiring an increasing set of responsibilities. For regular full-time employees, the estimated salary range is from $70,000 to $85,000/yr.
