Kaiser Permanente / The Southeast Permanente Medical Group (TSPMG) has an opening for a Practice Management Coordinator for Specialty Care. The Practice Management Coordinator (PMC) will provide administrative support for the Procedural Specialties with project coordination, meeting preparation, SBAR development for intake meetings, data gathering and analysis, coordination of onboarding/offboarding activities for providers, MAP form changes, etc.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, 2-4 years of relevant experience and excellent organizational and written communication skills.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Experience developing presentations for professional and executive audiences
  • Proven project management experience
  • Comfort gathering and organizing data – demonstrated analytical ability
  • Collaborator and ability to establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with team members and stakeholders across functional areas
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Work experience in health care preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving objectives through motivating and supporting teams
  • Proficient with the use of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
