It is the policy of this company to hire only U.S. citizens and aliens who are authorized to work in this country. As a condition of employment, you will be required to produce original documents establishing your identity and authorization to work, and to complete the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Services from I-9.
I certify that answers given herein are true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I authorize investigation of all statements contained in this Application for Employment as may be necessary in arriving at an employment decision.
I hereby give the Company the right to make a thorough investigation of my past employment, education, and activities, and I release from all liability all persons, companies, and corporation supplying such information. I indemnify the Company against any liability which might result from making such an investigation.
In the event of employment, I understand that any omission(s) and/or false or misleading information given in my application or interview(s) may result in discharge.
In consideration of my employment, I agree to conform to the rules and regulations of the Company, which can be changed at any time by the Company. My employment and compensation can be terminated, with or without cause, and with or without notice, at any time, at the option of either the Company or me. I understand that no manager or representative of the Company, other than the Chairman or President of the Company, has any authority to enter into any agreement for employment for any specified period of time, or to make any agreement contrary to the foregoing.
I understand that nothing contained in this employment application or in the granting of an interview is intended to create an employment contract between the Company and me for either employment or for the providing of any benefit. No promises’ regarding employment has been made to me, and I understand that no such promise or guarantee is binding upon the company unless made in writing. If employment relationship is established, I understand that I have the right to terminate my employment at any time and that the Company retains the same right.
