Confidentiality of Pre-Employment Process
During the recruitment process, candidates may be exposed to information relating to the Company's business, operations, clients, personnel, proprietary methodologies, technical assessments, interview questions, and other non-public information. Candidates agree to keep all such information strictly confidential and will not disclose, discuss, reproduce, or share any such information with any third party, whether during or after the recruitment process, regardless of the outcome of the candidate's application.
This confidentiality obligation applies to the content of all interviews, assessments, and meetings conducted as part of the recruitment process, as well as to any materials, documents, or information the Company provides to the candidate during that process. This obligation does not prohibit a candidate from disclosing information as required by law or pursuant to a valid court order, provided the candidate gives the Company prompt written notice prior to any such disclosure to the extent permitted by law.

Interview Recording and Artificial Intelligence Disclosure
Centric may record, by audio and/or video, any interview or other meeting conducted as part of the recruitment process. Recordings will be stored securely on Company-designated platforms and will not be shared externally except as required by law. Access to recordings will be limited to authorized Company personnel with a legitimate need related to the recruitment process.
Company may also use artificial intelligence-assisted tools during or after interviews or meetings, including for transcription, note summarization, and related administrative purposes. Company will not use artificial intelligence tools to make final employment decisions without meaningful human review. Company will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the use of recording technology and artificial intelligence in the hiring process.
Company does not consent to applicants or candidates recording any interview or meeting during the recruitment process, whether by audio, video, or any other means.
Company does not consent to applicants or candidates using artificial intelligence tools, automated assistance, or any similar technology during any interview or meeting conducted as part of the recruitment process. Company applies this restriction uniformly to all candidates. Candidates who require the use of assistive technology or other tools as a reasonable accommodation for a disability are encouraged to notify Company prior to the interview so that an appropriate accommodation can be evaluated consistent with applicable law.
