Local Qualitative and Quantitative Research Specialist, MCC Mongolia II Compact Water Project Evaluation, Mongolia Social Impact is a global development management consulting firm. Proposal Objective: The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) is planning to release a Request for Task Order Proposals (RFTOP) for the MCC Mongolia II Compact Water Project Evaluation under the MCC M&E Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) mechanism. The evaluation will focus on the impact of the three components of the MCC Water Supply Project:
