As a Electrical Engineer I   at Minnetronix, you’ll  work on analog and digital circuit  design , embedded system and microcontroller-based design, sensor interfaces, A/D conversion, filtering, and PCB schematic design to support new product designs.  Working under close engineering supervision on a cross-functional team, you’ll help bring medical devices from concept through development and into productions. We have a broad client base so project assignments will span an array of products, be broad in nature, and require creativity and ingenuity.  


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:   

  • Digital and/or analog electronic design of embedded systems  

  • Component and/or system-level electronic design and test  

  • Printed circuit board development, build, and test  

  • Assist in analysis, review and evaluation of  design  alternatives  

  • Prepare and review design documentation and test procedures  

  • Assist in definition, analysis and allocation of requirements  

  • Support test activities  

  • Might be assigned an element of a project or other well-defined tasks  

  • Support process improvement initiatives  




  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Physics required  

  • Minimum GPA of 3.0  

  • 0-3  years experience  – entry level  

  • Proficient at solving routine or low-complexity electrical engineering problems  

  • Embedded systems design experience particularly for medical devices a plus
