Customer Relations Supervisor Salary Range: $59,155.20 – $91,665.60 (commensurate with skills and experience)

Position available for person to supervise Customer Service personnel, multiple programs as well as a fast paced, high volume customer contact center which provides excellent and high-standard customer service support for the organization’s customers and staff. This person also plans, schedules, coordinates, supervises, and directs activities, safety, and functions of employees; processes orders from internal and external customers; analyzes rates, fees, and miscellaneous charges to ensure proper billing; resolves complaints and billing disputes, performs research of customer’s account(s); listens attentively and provides explanation and/or solution to customer; develops and monitors metrics; monitors key performance indicators to track how effectively and efficiently customer service achieves business goals; analyzes report data; assists in budget preparation and administration, prepares cost estimates for budget recommendations, submits justifications for budgeting, and monitors expenditures; assists in the development, planning, and implementation of departmental goals and objectives, and recommends and administers policies and procedures; and assists Information Technology Department with implementation of projects, and maintains satisfactory attendance throughout the year. Minimum Requirements
Typical work schedule will be Monday through Friday - 8:00am to 5:00pm. Applications accepted until filled.
