Role Summary

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for direct support of the Talent Acquisition team and for partnering with other teams within People Services. This includes Business Partners, HRIS, Administrative, Payroll and Total Rewards teams on a global scale.  Your attention to detail and decisiveness will empower you to manage daily operational tasks and ensure compliance with company policy/procedures.  You will have to exercise independent judgment in the resolution of TA and PS issues.  Because of your organizational abilities, you will provide timely and accurate support.

Location: Anywhere in Argentina

Remote Options: This role is completely remote.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • The bulk of your responsibilities will be in ensuring our postings are neat, accurate and well positioned in the marketplace with a flair for wording and organizational context.
    • This means that you will work with Hiring Managers to create postings.
    • You will creatively determine where the best place to post will be.
    • You will balance our Indeed and LinkedIn slots to best prioritize postings that are hot/aging.
  • You will actively source candidates from LinkedIn and other sources that you creatively determine will be fruitful and present candidates to your Talent Acquisition team mates.
  • You will be a tenacious scheduler both with candidates and with Hiring Managers, knowing that time is of the essence.
  • You will be our Taleo super-user and consistently mine it for data that will help us meet our KPIs.
    • You will suggest workflow improvements and constantly be thinking about ways to automate.
  • You will also be our testing administrator and guru because testing is an important part of many of our technical roles.
  • For internal candidate interest, you will blog weekly on Anuvu’s Yammer pages to attract employees to apply for roles they may not have thought of being in.  
  • You will maintain our database of intake questionnaires to ensure consistently excellent intake meetings are occurring between Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition partners.
  • You will monitor req progress and keep Hiring Managers informed about candidate progression through the process.
    • You will also monitor pre-employment progress to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • You will monitor Glassdoor for feedback and help craft responses when necessary.
  • Provide trainings for newly hired staff and supervisors on TA and PS related protocol.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, or general human resources experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • English is required
  • Strong organizational skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and able to react to shifting priorities to meet business needs.
  • Strong aptitude in navigating social media spaces (e.g. LinkedIn, Slack, Facebook, Github, etc.)
  • An engaging and hands-on personal style and enjoy working on a collaborative team.
  • Experience in a fast paced or start-up company environment.
  • Working knowledge of emerging trends and practices in Talent Acquisition and human resources.
  • Proficient with MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
