Role Summary

The main responsibilities of the Supply Chain and Production Admin includes purchasing, production and inventory administration.

Location: Can be anywhere around the Sundsvall, Sweden region.

Remote Options: Once we are cleared to return to the office, this role will be on a hybrid work arrangement, 3 days a week in the office and 2 days at home. 

What You’ll Be Doing  

  • Purchase parts and services in coordination with Supply Chain
  • Purchase soft things locally as misc services and office supplies.
  • Coordinate material needs with all other teams (dev,sales etc)
  • Actively follow up on current approved vendor list and make sure the list is up to date
  • Manage approved vendors in Oracle with all supplier details
  • Ensure that regular assessment is done in accordance with the approved vendor list
  • Link to AP for payment questions
  • Have responsibility for the warehouse planning and associated cycle counts
  • Analyze inventory levels and need for safety stock
  • Setup and maintenance Items Bom`s and other production data in Oracle
  • Develop usage of MRP system to work with cost analyze control.

What We’re Looking For 

  • Good knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering
  • Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
  • Excellent understanding of purchasing including terms and conditions and contractual arrangement regarding purchasing
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
  • Proficient in Oracle or any other ERP preferred 
  • Documented regulatory education EASA EC Part 21G advantageous
  • Knowledge of ASA-100 Aviation Suppliers Association Quality System Standard advantageous
  • Fluent in the English language – spoken and written
  • Thorough understanding of production, logistics and inventory
  • Accurate with keen attention to detail
  • Analytical
  • Effective communicator and an efficient problem solver
  • Trustworthy
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize
