Role Summary 

This position reports to the Senior Director, Global Tax & Treasury. Manager, Global Treasury and Interacts with other functional areas of the Finance Organization like Controllership, Tax, FP&A, and Audit. The candidate must have strong communication skills, oral and written, with the ability to lead Treasury professionals and cross-functional teams. Candidate must be analytical and possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills. The candidate also has experience operating in a Sarbanes-Oxley environment.

Location: Denver, CO

Remote Options: Once we are cleared to return to the office, this role will be on a hybrid work arrangement, 3 days a week in the office and 2 days at home. 

What You'll Be Doing

  • Understand, manage, and supervise all aspects of treasury & cash flow
  • Direct, monitor and trade investment portfolios including working capital and other portfolios
  • Manage long-term and short-term investment strategies
  • Assess risk/return tradeoffs in guidelines
  • Manage and lead the 3rd party banks and investment advisors we use around the world.
  • Review and recommend changes to the investment policies based on the market conditions
  • Prepare company’s various cash flow forecasts and perform financial modeling
  • Evaluate, develop and implement cash management systems to optimize efficiencies
  • Understand and manage appropriate accounting procedures and processes
  • Manage relationships with financial service providers
  • Monitor bank service fees and address quality issues
  • Recommend, implement and maintain process improvements
  • Provide technical and other support for mergers and acquisitions and other projects as needed
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures. Develop and monitor treasury operational policies.
  • Manage Sarbanes-Oxley compliance for Treasury operations
  • Other Duties as Assigned

  • This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary
  • Some domestic and international travel is required for this role.  Candidate must be willing and able to travel to be successful in this role

What We’re Looking For 

  • Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree in finance or business preferred
  • Minimum 14 years of corporate treasury experience
  • Demonstrable experience in building high performing teams in a corporate environment
  • Hands on experience in cash flow forecasting
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong analytical, financial and systems skills are required
  • Experience working in global business
  • Certified Treasury Professional designation is a plus

The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $128,00 - $142,000. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as location, experience, skills, certifications…etc.
