Role Summary

The Regional Vice President Commercial, Media and Content is the senior executive for client account management and sales for media and content in his/her region. The RVP is responsible for all client account management activities (including relationship building and delivery of contracted services), current client revenue growth, new client sales and profitability of all accounts in the region. The RVP manages his/her own opportunities and relationships and has experience and success moving opportunities through a long-sales cycle with a high degree of successful wins and management of post sales key performance indicators aligned to customer value. This role will also be responsible for managing a team of dedicated account managers on sold work. Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred and can be remote (anywhere in the United States).


What you will be doing 

  • Functions as the primary business driver in the region
  • Develop relationships with key clients in the region (existing)
  • Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals in the region
  • Acquire new clients for media and content in the region
  • Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement
  • Deliver profitable growth
  • Manage the use of budgets
  • Define optimal sales force and account management structure
  • Help GEE become known as an employer of choice and a sales force that top sales people want to join
  • Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives
  • Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
  • Compile information and  data related to customer and prospect interactions
  • Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions
  • Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel and partner programs
  • Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
  • Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships
  • Success in the role is measure by revenue, sales growth, and retention of clients



  • Proven Sales Record
  • Proven track record in delivering for existing clients (account management)
  • 10 Years of direct sales experience, including at least 5 years leading a team
  • Engineering background desirable but not essential
  • MBA desirable but not essential
  • IT Literate
  • IFE industry knowledge and experience
