Role Summary

As a Marketing Manager you will be the first point of contact for internal and external marketing needs. This role will provide a lot of variety, is fast-paced and touches many aspects of the business. You  must be able to work at both the strategic level (generating innovative ideas and solutions that problem solve and support our growth) and at the tactical level (posting social media, updating website, processing POs). The ideal candidate will also be a self-starter, curious, organized, and detail-oriented. 

You will have a lot on your plate and will need to be able to juggle many projects at once, with the ability to prioritize and communicate along the way. Additionally, you’ll be joining a small high-performing, high-energy marketing team that rolls up their sleeves to get the job done

This position is remote, however candidates located in Denver will be given preference. 

What you will be doing 


  • Serve as a senior marketing generalist who can work in a fast-pace, in a deadline-driven, environment 
  • You will be the gate-keeper for all marketing needs and responsible for delegating requests to the correct Marketing team member 
  • Work with small, but cross-collaborative marketing team. You’ll need take initiative, “own” projects, and create solutions when challenges arise. 
  • Manage and utilize brand calendar to plan, develop and execute marketing campaigns and communications 
  • Think “big picture” with new ideas and new ways of thinking, while getting the “small things” done on time and on budget. 
  • Bring together cross-functional teams to achieve business and marketing goals 
  • Provide project plans, timelines and deliverables in a consistent and concise manner  
  • Reports to Director of Marketing, 
  • This role has no direct reports but will be able to hire freelancers as needed 


  • Paid digital, including LinkedIn and paid partnerships (banner ads and email) 
  • SEO optimization for content and website 
  • Email management, creation and compilation, list management, execution 
  • Website management, maintenance and development 
  • Social media content collection and curation, scheduling, posting, monitoring 

Integrated Marketing Campaigns 

  • Work with, and bring together, cross functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that meet business needs 
  • Coordinate with graphic designer, copywriter, sponsorships and events to bring campaigns to life 
  • Develop campaign timelines, deliverables and project plans and communicate them efficiently and frequently 

Events, sponsorships and advertising 

  • Own tradeshows, events, sponsorships and advertising from conception to completion 
  • Work with other employees and senior leadership on tradeshow needs including speaking engagements, marketing materials, lead collection, communication and event planning 
  • Work with tradeshow organizers to provide necessary brand and marketing assets on time 
  • Utilize and discover sponsorship and advertising opportunities that support business goals 


  • Work with creative team to develop and organize templates, branded materials and communication needs for internal teams 
  • Serve as liaison between marketing and other departments to provide them marketing tools as they need 
  • Manage online company store including product design, promotion and relevance  
  • Maintain brand standards and play an active role in oversight and management of brand framework 
  • Reports to Director of Marketing, 
  • This role has no direct reports but will be able to hire freelancers as needed 


  • 5 - 8 years in a marketing role, experience with B2B preferred but not required. 
  • Must be self-driven, take initiative, should think like an entrepreneur and be curious to learn and fast to act.  
  • Experience with MailChimp, Salesforce, social media platforms, Microsoft 365, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva are all a plus. 
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing integrating marketing campaigns from inception to launch, using owned, earned, and paid media. 
  • Strong strategic problem solver, who can execute daily, but develop strategy for tomorrow. 
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to keep employees at all levels constantly informed. 
  • Outstanding cross-functional project management skills with an “own it” attitude.  
  • Can bring together disparate functions to get things done on large-scale, complex projects. Can recognize an opportunity and can execute against it. 
  • Can form cross-functional relationships and influence decisions through communication and data. 
  • Energized by working in a fast-paced, self-starting, ever-changing environment, that may require you to pivot quickly (and with a smile!). 
  • Can balance multiple priorities and projects at once and deliver against timelines.

The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $60,000 - $90,000. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as location, experience, skills, certifications…etc.
