Role Summary

The Sr. AP Analyst is responsible for Oracle Purchasing Order support, PO matching, Oracle AP on-hold process and AP SharePoint tool support. This position will report to the Sr. AP Innovation Manager.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Support, monitor and resolve AP issues and issues in the AP SharePoint Tool inquiry
  • Resolve issues related to on-hold invoices and items from the Aging Report in Oracle
  • Receive, review and analyze data from various reports
  • Support the AP function with a variety of AP processing activities, as needed
  • Support the Oracle Purchase Order and be well-versed in the PO functionality
  • Communicate and interact with various internal departments and externally with customers
  • Other duties, as required and assigned

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a corporate environment
  • Oracle R12, or ERP experience. Oracle R12 preferred
  • Full understanding of AP invoice & payment processing in Oracle
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment under strict time constraints
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across departments with a strong customer service background required

The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $57,000 - $78,000. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as location, experience, skills, certifications…etc.
