Role Summary

The Manager, Master Data is responsible for the quality, governance, and stewardship of customer and vendor master data . This position will report to the Director, Shared Services.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Create a master data management strategy to increase operational efficiency and data value.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to govern master data.
  • Collaborate on data structure design to support requirements within Oracle and other integrated solutions.
  • Establish source system cleansing and data quality monitoring across all solutions.
  • Process master data requests and respond to inquiries per service level agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX and other regulations
  • Build trust and credibility at all levels of the organization.
  • Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

  • BS degree in business management or information systems, preferred
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in data management and governance in complex, global organizations
  • Experience with Oracle EBS Release 12, preferred
  • Ability to consider operational, tactical, and strategic effects
  • Comfortable with senior level working relationships and communications
  • Must be able to work in fast paced environment

The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $95,000 - $128,000. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as location, experience, skills, certifications…etc.
