Revere Health is now hiring enthusiastic, customer-centered people for our contact center to aid our Patient Services team. Prior experience is a plus, but not required, as we provide you with the training you will need to be successful. In this position, you will answer inbound calls and act as the initial point of contact for all patient billing and payment-related inquiries. Your primary daily responsibilities will be answering billing-related questions, and taking current and past-due payments from our patients who call you. For questions regarding more detail, you will partner with the Patient Services team to help develop a clear path for the patient – one that ensures prompt and accurate resolutions to these specific billing issues. Having a high commitment to customer service, sound judgement, attention to detail and excellent communication skills will help you feel more comfortable in this role. Our contact center helps nearly 1.4 million patients each year, so this is an excellent opportunity to work in a position that makes a difference to many people.
