Revere Health in Provo, Utah is actively seeking to hire an energetic and dependable, full-time Benefits/Payroll Specialist to join our team! This position earns has a competitive pay range. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BENEFITS/PAYROLL SPECIALIST
You arrive each day ready to provide a professional working relationship with physicians, employees and outside business partners. Along with assisting in new hire paperwork and benefits enrollment, you will also assist with the explanation of benefits programs and provide training to new employees associated with the Let’s Live Better philosophy. As a Benefits/Payroll Specialist, you love meeting new people and are able to make personal connections easily and ensure that every new employee feels welcome and valued.
You will be one of the first interactions new employees will have in the organization, making your role as a Benefits/Payroll Specialist an important part of the onboarding process. You will be eager to ensure new employees feel confident and empowered in their decision to enroll in benefits. Don’t worry if you don’t have benefits experience. If you come with two or more years experience in customer service or human resources, we’ll train you on everything you need to know to assist our employees.
You take charge of challenging opportunities as they arise and provide excellent customer service to coworkers, brokers and physicians. You are the key to helping employees understand and find the correct solution to their benefits needs, which is an important reason they chose to work with Revere Health. You feel good about representing a company with a solid reputation and playing an important part in the success of its employees.
QUALIFICATIONS TO BE A BENEFITS/PAYROLL SPECIALIST

Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday: 8am-5pm
