Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced vaccine clinic as a medical assistant. Successful candidate must maintain a professional image in the office and in all communications. Must be able to multi-task while maintaining good patient and staff relations and providing outstanding customer service.  This position will work at vaccine clinics in St. George.

•  Facilitates quality patient care
•  Administers patient vaccines.
•  Records vaccine and injection site information.
•  Helps with clinic set-up and take down each shift.
•  Educates and observes patients who have received vaccines.
•  Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing and following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.

Skills and Qualifications:

•  Completion of and certification from an accredited Medical Assistant Program.
•  CPR certification
•  Competency in giving patient injection
•  Outstanding customer service, organization and attention to detail
•  Must be a self-starter, a team player, dependable, friendly and professional and be able to multi-task and work efficiently while remaining calm and productive.

Hours:

This is a temporary position to provide vaccines during the COVID pandemic, anticipated until further notice.  Working hours 3:15 p.m.- 9:30 pm Monday-Friday.
