Revere Health in Provo, Utah is actively seeking to hire an energetic and dependable, part-time Human Resources Assistant to join our team! A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT

You arrive each day ready to have a professional working relationship with physicians, employees and co-workers. Along with assisting in accurately setting-up and maintaining employee information, you will also assist with human resources projects and provide excellent customer service. As a Human Resources Assistant, you should love meeting new people, making personal connections easily and ensure that every new employee feels welcome and valued.

You will be one of the first interactions new employees will have in the organization, making your role as a Human Resources Assistant an important part of the onboarding process. Don’t worry if you don’t have Human Resources experience. If you come with experience in a customer service and/or a clerical role, we’ll train you on everything you need to know to assist our employees.  

You will navigate challenging opportunities as they arise and provide excellent customer service to our employees, coworkers and physicians. You are the key to helping employees understand our processes and procedures. You feel good about representing a company with a solid reputation and playing an important part in the success of its employees.

QUALIFICATIONS TO BE A HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT

  • One year experience in a customer service or clerical role
  • Experience in Microsoft Applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Ten-key experience and typing skills (minimum 60 wpm)
  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others
  • Ability to demonstrate problem-solving, critical thinking, attention-to-detail and communication skills

WORK SCHEDULE

Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday: 8am-5pm
