Position Description:

Revere Health Provo Family Medicine has an exciting opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Psychiatric and Mental Health (PMHNP).  This position will  integrate and practice within a primary care office and will be part of dynamic care team providing comprehensive medical and psychiatric health care for patients. This is an opportunity, for a driven practitioner, to work with the primary care team to more fully integrate mental health care into the day-to-day medical care of patients of all ages.

Qualifications: 

• Master's Degree in Nursing and PMHNP National Certification (or the ability to obtain certification)
• Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner or licensure eligible in the State of Utah.
• Utah State prescriptive privileges or ability to obtain
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills, ability to lead and direct work of others, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent patient assessment and care skills are required.
• Prior experience practicing as a PMHNP would be preferred, but is not required
• Ability to speak Spanish would also be preferred

Job Type: Full-time Salary negotiable based on experience

Hours:  Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm - Days and hours negotiable
