Position: Mental Health Therapist

Department: Family Medicine

Qualifications: 

• Must be a Psychologist (PhD, PsyD), LCSW, LMFT, MHNP (Mental Health Nurse Practitioner), CMHC or LPC licensed or licensed eligible in Utah.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills, ability to lead and direct work of others, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent patient care skills required.
• Education Requirements: Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field, or Ph.D. or Psy D. in Psychology from an accredited college or university.
• Job Type: Full-time Salary negotiable based on experience
• Required education: Master's degree
• Required experience: 1-year experience preferred, but not required.
• Able to speak Spanish a plus.

Description: Revere Health Provo Family Medicine is currently searching for a psychologist, LCSW, MFT, MHNP, CMHC or LPC to be integrated into its primary care office. The ideal candidate will have either a master's or doctorate degree in psychology, social work, clinical mental health counseling, or related field and be licensed or be working towards licensing in the state of Utah. New graduates will be considered although experience providing therapy to both children and adults is preferred. The psychologist or therapist will work closely with the family physician and the office staff to create comprehensive mental health care plans for patients and provide appropriate counseling and therapy as necessary. This is an exciting opportunity, for a driven therapist, to work with the primary care team to more fully integrate mental health care into the day to day medical care of patients of all ages.

Hours:  Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.  Days and hours negotiable.
