Under the guidance and leadership of the Lead Office Manager Germany this position is responsible to support all Customer Service and Cash-In activities of STAAR Surgical Germany. This position is focused to act as an interface between customers, sales with Accounts-Receivables AG in all cash-in related questions as well as to work as a Customer Service representative in order processing and handling of additional customer questions.

Special Knowledge: Passionate with numbers and to work with Customers
Very good communication skills
Proficient in MS Office, with focus on Excel
Very good German language skills
Good English language skill for Global communication
