Sizewise is a fast-paced medical device company seeking a talented & hungry Sales Rep in the Brooklyn area to cover Brooklyn/Queens Territory.  With many durable medical equipment (DME) options such as bed frame options, countless support surfaces, and patented mobility equipment, Sizewise has the depth and breadth of product that a facility needs to ensure the full spectrum of patient care.   Our successful District Sales Rep focuses on Acute Care Hospitals, Rehab facilities & Long term care facilitiesestablishing relationships with key referral sources at each.

Sales activities include prospecting, cold calling, networking, relationship building, and clinical support/inservicing within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate possesses an entrepreneurial spirit, a strong work ethic, a passion for self-improvement and a tenacity to out-work the competition by providing superior customer service as territory manager.  In addition, the Sales Rep will be required to support local, regional and national trade shows as needed.

  • Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
  • Car allowance
  • Business Expenses will be reimbursed
  • Territory covers Brooklyn, Long Island & Queens 
  • Candidate must live in the Brooklyn area

Key Accountabilities include:

  • Recognize healthcare is 24/7/365 and this role will include evenings and weekends on occasion
  • Must be willing to get involved with inservicing and be "hands on"
  • Achieve and exceed Sales quotas while managing the territory within assigned expense budgets
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders such as Physicians, Nursing and Administration
  • Develop and present business plans and promotions to stakeholders that drives results
  • Attend trade shows and coordinate/conduct appropriate inservicing sessions
  • Effectively uses CRM to properly manage Sales opportunities within the territory

Our successful Sales Reps have:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-3 years outside B2B Sales experience required
  • Outside medical device Sales experience preferred
  • Ability to overcome obstacles
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
