We have an immediate need for an Asset Coordinator. The Asset Coordinator works with our branches across the US with their equipment & product inventories. This is an entry level opportunity for someone who is detail oriented, focused on accuracy and enjoys working in a team environment.
The primary duties for this role include:
•Confer with site personnel to ensure accuracy of equipment count; maintain and monitor equipment transfers and process flow;
•Handle customer/vendor credits as needed with proper justification;
•Handle process and steps involved in company lost/damaged equipment procedures;
•Properly document data for records and use as needed.
•High School Diploma or GED required
•Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel
•Detail oriented, must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
