What You’ll Be Helping Achieve

 

RPA is seeking an Account Coordinator to join the Farmers Insurance Account Management team. The AC will be responsible for general support and assistance for the account team. Candidates must be extremely organized, detail-oriented and able to coordinate various schedules, deadlines and workloads with a high level of accuracy. Candidates should also be good communicators, attentive and comfortable communicating in the digital space. The AC needs to show initiative and work well in a team environment. Excellent typing, communication and organization skills are a must. Responsibilities include: assisting with client presentations and decks, meeting organization (scheduling and virtual material preparation), assisting with quarterly competitive reporting, completing expense reports, and conducting online research. Candidate will do special projects when such opportunities arise. This is an entry level position.

How You’ll Excel In Your Role

·          Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

·          Proactive, organized, takes direction well, ability to multi-task, attention to detail, a positive and enthusiastic attitude, communication and collaboration

·          Must be able to take a project and run with it

·          Be resourceful and a problem solver

·          Interest in learning about advertising and account management on a fast-paced, busy piece of business

·        Experience and interest in public speaking
